Design Reason:
This design is the actual blueprint of what I use in the game, and the reasons I use this are :
1. Seaborne type weapons are the best in killing stacks, the reason I use three level of them is to let me attack every round IF I attacked a weak stack which could be killed with only one level of the weapon.
2. I used nano armor to prevent the shield destroyed by dispersion damage, even it doesn't resist as much damage as Eos, but one module of it increase 400 armor (which is equal to 400 durability in receiving dispersion damage).
3. I put only 3 Energetic Armor because it's really draining supplies, but we need lot of supplies to attack, so if I receive massive damage, I kinda let the ship received them, and not resisting all of them with Energetic Armor.
4. Lastly, I put Nano Warehouse there so the ship could act as a depot ships in battle, so we can make a fleet that's full of this ships without worrying about the supplies, cause each ship has 2760 storage, 9 x 1000 ships = 24m supplies, that's enough for a battle.

Design Reason:
This ship can be used for these purposes :
1. As a wall, to block the movement of the ships which enter your galaxy, and leaving this ship as the only choice for them to attack.
Example of wall :

2. As a gatherer, to gather enemy fleet, this is used if we have offensive ships which have low movement but have great attack. The technique is, send a fleet full of this ship to the galaxy we want to attack but arrange it to arrive 5 minutes earlier than the offensive ships.
3. As an anti-decoy, will make decoy ships which target is set to 'Min Range' to attack this ship and be killed by the UCS installed in this ship. This method only works to decoy ships which have offensive module installed in it.
4. As a decoy, more specifically to make enemy fleet waste their attack to this ship. If the enemy use weapons with high packing round, this method could give us advantage for several rounds.

Design Reason:
I use this hull because it has quite high durability which is used to receive MORE damage from enemy fleet, more damage received means MORE damage reflected.
And the weapon I chose is 250mm Rapid Cannon because it has 0 packing round and has quite strong attack,
and more importantly it has 1 atk range, combined with 7 movement, this would make sure the ship will always stick nearly to enemy fleet.
